For our Planning and Construction department, we are looking for a committed and responsible person from March 1, 2026, or by arrangement as

Your areas of responsibility include

• Coordinating and carrying out civil engineering projects as client representation and overall project management in the area of roads and property drainage
• Implementation of civil engineering projects in compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality
• Awarding planning, engineering, and construction services as well as responsibility for tenders
• Coordination and communication with internal and external parties
• Preparing decision-making bases, proposals, and directives for political bodies within the framework of project processing
• Monitoring compliance with safety and environmental regulations

What you bring

• Technical basic training in the construction sector
• Further training as a civil engineering technician, construction manager, site manager, or equivalent further training
• Professional experience in project and construction management of municipal infrastructure projects
• Training as a property drainage specialist or willingness to acquire this
• Good communication and negotiation skills 
• Strong organizational skills and project management knowledge
• Driver's license category B required
