Your Tasks

• Planning, organizing, and coordinating all therapy appointments in the departments of physiotherapy (outpatient and inpatient), MSK rehabilitation, geriatrics, and fitness
• Cooperative collaboration with therapists and other specialist departments
• Administrative processing including appointment management, documentation, and communication with patients
• Interface function between therapy, administration, doctors, and external partners
• Support in optimizing processes in the therapy scheduling process

Your Profile

• Completed training in healthcare or related qualification (e.g., medical practice assistant, commercial training with experience in the healthcare sector)
• Organizational talent, structured and independent working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Experience with appointment scheduling and administrative processes, ideally in a therapeutic or clinical environment
• Good IT skills, especially in practice and administration systems
