The Medical Center Maienfeld is the medical center of the MCM Group. Located in close proximity to Maienfeld train station, our center offers reliable medical care for patients from the Bündner Herrschaft and surrounding areas. Our competent team of experienced general practitioners and specialists provides a comprehensive range of treatments in the spirit of general medicine.
 
We are looking for a
 
Team Leader MPA/ Medical Practice Coordinator FA (100%)
 
to immediately or by arrangement jointly take over the management and further development of the center together with the medical management.
 
Your tasks:

• Professional and personnel management of the MPA team

• Planning and coordination of deployment and duty rosters

• Ensuring smooth practice operations and optimal patient processes

• Participation in the daily consultation hours (including laboratory, X-ray, administration, etc.)

• Responsibility for quality assurance, hygiene, and occupational safety

• Interface between medical staff, MCM Group administration, and MPA team

• Involvement in the training of apprentices and promotion of the team

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ

• Further training as a Medical Practice Coordinator FA (management) or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in a medical practice or medical institution

• Proven leadership skills, organizational talent, and high social competence

• Enjoyment of teamwork, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility

• Confident IT user skills

• High service orientation and interest in the further development of processes
