Tasks
- Responsibility for the implementation and application of the B2B gamification strategy, which integrates playful elements into B2B marketing to increase user engagement and interaction
- Co-responsible for the conception and further development of the app strategy by orchestrating content, formats, and mechanics for the Würth app and digital channels
- Responsibility for compliance with B2B SEO standards to maximize the visibility and ranking of content in search engines
- Continuous monitoring and reporting on all digital content measures to evaluate their effectiveness and create reports that contribute to strategy optimization
- Ensuring the effectiveness and continuous development of the digital marketing strategy in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners. In doing so, you act as a multiplier for digital topics, actively build networks across all relevant areas, and ensure the sustainable anchoring of digital initiatives throughout the company
Requirements
- Completed studies in marketing or comparable commercial/technical training with further education in digital business
- At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing or a similar marketing field, ideally in the B2B environment or trade. Experience at the interface with sales is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of digital mechanics (such as apps, user journeys, conversion funnels) as well as experience in how to activate users, not just inform them
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Good project management skills for efficient planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with technical matters (e.g., e-procurement, interfaces, scanner solutions) and translate these into simple customer benefits, as well as effective communication with various interfaces and stakeholders to convincingly convey complex sales requirements
- Experience with various digital marketing tools and platforms such as CMS, mailing and analysis tools, as well as solid knowledge of MS Office
- High degree of personal responsibility and reliability as well as effective communication skills
