To expand our sales team in Stäfa, we are looking for a retail specialist.

Work location: Stäfa (directly at the train station)
Area: Sales
Working hours: depending on the shift between 05:00 and 19:15
Workdays: 4-5 days (including one day on the weekend)
Start date: immediately or by arrangement

You welcome our guests, serve and advise them, and sweeten their day with our homemade delicacies. You convince with your cheerful and courteous manner as well as a smile on your face. By preparing various trendy coffees in barista style, drinks, and seasonal beverages, you get to pamper our guests daily. Weekly, we conduct tastings and sales promotions where you can showcase your sales talent.
Furthermore, there is the opportunity to get involved in mentoring our apprentices.

Preferably, you have training as a retail specialist, retail assistant, or an equivalent qualification in the food sector. Or you have already gained professional experience in sales or gastronomy and convince us with your sales talent.
