Your main tasks
- Alignment of economic assistance
- Advising people in social, health, legal, and financial problem situations
- Ensuring and promoting professional and social integration
- Independent record keeping, development and implementation of decisions
- Collaboration within the specialist team, with internal and external specialist offices, institutions, insurance companies, and authorities
What you bring
- University of applied sciences degree in social work with professional experience in the field of statutory social assistance/asylum care or equivalent training
- Appreciative attitude and understanding for people in emergency situations
- Consulting and negotiation skills, high degree of self-organization and resilience
- Commitment, eagerness to learn, and joy in co-creating
- Confident oral and written expression, administrative skills with a flair for numbers
- Confident handling of MS Office and KLIB knowledge (advantageous)
