What to expect
The Board of Directors is responsible for the strategic management and supervision of the entire business activity of Psychiatry St.Gallen. Psychiatry St.Gallen ensures the needs-based inpatient psychiatric care at the locations Pfäfers and Wil. Additionally, in cooperation with independent healthcare providers and private institutions, it significantly contributes to ensuring outpatient decentralized care through intermediate services (day clinics and outpatient clinics). There are also specialized services in the field of forensic psychiatry. The Board of Directors usually meets six full-day sessions and one one-day retreat annually, and the Finance Committee meets six half-day sessions.
What distinguishes you
- Business administration education (university degree, federally certified expert in accounting and controlling, federally certified auditor)
- Experience in financial management of companies as CFO
- In-depth financial and risk competence
- Solid knowledge of operational accounting, especially Swiss GAAP FER
- Ability for strategic analysis and overall view as well as experience in business and corporate management, preferably in healthcare
- Many years of leadership experience at the management or board level
- You are free of conflicts of interest and have an excellent reputation as well as the necessary time availability for the mandate
