In the area of continuous care, adolescents and young adults live in residential groups with varying levels of supervision (from classic to intensive pedagogical/therapeutic) as well as in outpatient housing options.
The Waldegg residential group is a classic residential group for male and female adolescents between 13 and 18 years old. We have 7 to 9 adolescents in the group. Adolescents living in the residential group are accompanied by reference persons in their personal and professional development. The focus is on relationship, clear structures, and continuous, benevolent confrontation.

Part-time Social Pedagogy Training Position HF/FH 60-70% (m/f/d)

Your field of activity:- Accompanying the adolescents in their daily lives and ensuring the corresponding daily structures
- Promoting the personal and social development of the clientele as well as guidance regarding practical everyday skills; coaching with a main focus on responsible life design
- In the pedagogical setting of the Waldegg residential group, the reference person system is used. A case-leading social pedagogical professional is responsible as a case CEO for the support planning, is the central contact point for the assigned adolescents, and the contact person for the internal and external support system. To enable and promote a long-term and stable relationship, the reference person is maintained throughout the entire placement period whenever possible. As part of the
reference person work, writing development reports, support plans, and protocols is also an important component.
- Planning and conducting leisure/group activities and camps
- Co-responsibility and shaping of group rules and premises
- Humorous, positive personality with heart as well as a winning character and a binding, resource- and solution-oriented attitude
- Linguistically skilled expression for report writing
- Willingness to perform accompaniment/night and weekend duties
- Driver's license category B is desired
- You want to bring your motivation, ability to build relationships, independence, and creativity into a committed team
- A minimum age of 23 years
