General Housekeeper | General Gouverneur / Executive Housekeeper (m|f|d) 80% - 100%
Your Responsibilities
- Room Inspection and Release | Inspection and release of hotel rooms for use
- Documenting Technical Defects | Reporting and documenting technical defects
- Lost and Found Management | Reporting and documenting lost and found items
- Implementing Hygiene and Safety Regulations | Ensuring compliance with all hygiene and occupational safety regulations
- Employee Training / Recruitment | Training and onboarding employees / assisting in the recruitment process and pre-selection
- Ensuring Quality Standards | Responsibility for compliance with quality standards
- Hotel Management | First point of contact for hotel management
- Monthly Closing | Monthly preparation of room billing and work reports
- Financial Situation | Responsible for the financial situation in the hotel (contribution margin)
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Professional Experience | You have proven experience in the cleaning industry
- Leadership Experience | Experience as a team leader or in a comparable position
- Language Skills | Very good German skills are mandatory
- Work Style and Teamwork | Independent, reliable working style combined with strong teamwork skills
- Flexibility | Regular weekend shifts are not a problem for you
- Appearance | Neat appearance and professional demeanor
