Your new role
You are responsible for accounts payable and receivable accounting, especially in the area of social assistance, ensure timely execution of payment orders, and support the Head of Finance & IT in controlling as well as in the annual financial statements. In the absence of the department head, you take over their deputy role in the finance area. In addition to your tasks in accounting, you support our IT team in the maintenance and care of our hardware and software.
This position is for you if
- You have a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting, ideally supplemented by a specialized further education.
- You enjoy precise, efficient, and focused work.
- You appreciate the variety between individual and team work.
- You are a service-oriented and positive personality who is open to further development.
- You have good user knowledge of MS Office and ideally in the specialized applications Tutoris and Abacus ERP as well as an interest in IT issues.
- You like to take responsibility.
