Job Description

You will work in a dynamic and competent customer service team that supports our numerous customers throughout Switzerland:

• Preventive maintenance and on-site servicing at our customers' locations (approximately 75%).
• Technical support and consulting (hotline)
• Data maintenance and tracking of service deployments in our CRM system.
• Management of the spare parts warehouse via SAP

Qualifications

You have a solid technical education (technician/engineer) and, if possible, proven experience as a service technician in the field of automation technology. Thanks to your strong analytical skills, you quickly recognize a problem and solve it reliably and sustainably. You respond competently to different stress situations, and your demeanor is always professional. You enjoy working in a team but also independently and responsibly. Your native language is German, and you can communicate in English (spoken and written). French skills are an advantage. We are looking for a committed and open personality who wants to develop their skills long-term in an innovative field.
