System Engineer as Coach / Vocational Trainer Platform Development (m/f/d, 80% – 100%)

You are the reinforcement in the training team. You support the apprentices in the basic training year so that they can develop, grow personally, and reach their full potential. As a coach, you take on the methodological and professional guidance of platform development IT apprentices. In the basic training year, we promote not only professional skills but also interdisciplinary competencies.

• You have a qualification as an IT specialist EFZ and ideally bring several years of professional experience as a system engineer.
• You feel comfortable in the Microsoft world of Windows Client (11) and Server (2022+) with AD services.
• Preferably, you are an enthusiastic cloud enthusiast and are familiar with Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS cloud environments.
• You speak, read, and write fluent German.
