Job Description

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist for our internal warehouse to join our team. This key position involves effective and proactive management of internal logistics operations, in direct contact with our employees and customers.

The main tasks of this position:

• Management and processing of delivery notes (DN)
• Preparation and picking of orders
• Packaging and shipping of products
• Reception and customer service at the counter
• Support to other colleagues
• Active participation in continuous improvement projects to optimize our processes

Qualifications

For this position, we are looking for a person with the following characteristics:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a Logistics Specialist
• Good knowledge of the construction field is essential
• Forklift license required
• Strong skills in using SAP or a similar ERP
• Conscientious, dynamic, and organized person, capable of managing priorities
• Flexible and versatile, with a great capacity to adapt
• Knowledge of metal construction would be an appreciated asset
