Job description

As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing test strategies across multiple projects, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

🔥 Your responsibilities:

Define the test strategy based on risks for multiple projects.
Monitor and manage testing activities.
Report on test campaigns.
Support and supervise testers.
Lead a continuous improvement approach to testing practices.
Prepare and execute tests.
Detect, document, and track anomalies.
Test fixes applied to applications.
Promote testing within the department and participate in the test leaders community.
Carry out all activities in compliance with internal processes.

🎯 Your profile:

At least 5 years of experience in test management in similar positions.
University Master’s degree in computer science, engineering degree, or equivalent.
Certification in testing (e.g., ISTQB) appreciated.
Mastery of at least one test management methodology (ISTQB, TMAP, etc.).
Mastery of an agile (Scrum) or traditional project management methodology.
Masteryof ITIL and a testing tool (such as Xray)
Fluency in French; English is a plus.
