This position reports to:

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you support our sales field force in all matters of professional sales. As a Product Specialist, you are also the technical contact person for customers and prospects.
The working model for this position is hybrid. #LI-Hybrid.
You are mainly responsible for:
Technical Customer Consulting & Project Support: Advising customers and prospects, designing drive systems, technical clarifications, preparing offers, and project tracking until completion.
Sales Support & Strategy: Close collaboration with the sales field force, support in sales activities, participation in regional sales strategies and market campaigns.
Product Management: Market segmentation, pricing strategy, introduction of new products, collecting market and customer requirements, coordination with international units, and escalation management.
Data & Knowledge Management and Training: Maintaining master data in IT systems, conducting training for customers and employees, providing documents, tools, and information.
Your Profile
Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or mechatronics (HF, FH/Uni). Alternatively: Technician qualification or comparable further education with several years of professional experience.
Basic knowledge of business administration (e.g., product management, marketing).
Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP systems such as Salesforce, ideally SAP).
Language skills: Very good German and English, spoken and written (French is a great advantage)
In-depth knowledge of electric motors, drive technology, and relevant standards (e.g., IEC, ISO), as well as understanding of product life cycles, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
Knowledge in pricing, margin optimization, and business cases. Ability to identify sales potential and ensure profitability.
Experience in introducing new products (go-to-market strategies). Ability to create roadmaps and coordinate interdisciplinary teams.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitive activities. Experience in developing product strategies based on customer needs.
