  • Fluent in German, ideally with Italian or French skills.

Executive Assistant starting immediately for Summer 2025 / or Winter 26

- Reception, caring for and bidding farewell to our lovely guests
  • Performing daily closings as well as accounts receivable management and cash register operations
  • Handling emails, phone calls, as well as daily incoming and outgoing mail
  • Support in the well-maintained à la carte and half-board service
WHAT YOU BRING, WHAT WE OFFER - You have completed training in the hotel industry or in the commercial field as well as initial experience at a reception
  • You are IT-savvy and ideally already have experience with Aida or similar programs
  • You speak flawless German, perhaps even Italian or French
  • You enjoy working in the hotel sector and like working in a team
  • You are willing to work flexibly on weekends and evenings and enjoy your days off during the week -
