Your tasks
- Training new employees in the intensive care unit and anesthesia
- Supporting specialist exams in the intensive care unit and anesthesia
- Developing and updating nursing standards in the intensive care unit
- Continuous design, implementation, and further development of the onboarding concept for the intensive care unit and anesthesia care
- Supporting new employees in all nursing processes
- Supporting onboarding processes of new employees and maintaining close communication with the ward management and the responsible nursing management
Your profile
- Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d) or as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
- Successfully completed specialist training in intensive care and anesthesia
- Completed further training as a practical instructor (m/f/d)
- Social as well as professional competence
