To strengthen our care team in Neukirch, we are looking for a:
Health Specialist EFZ (80%) starting 1.9.24 or by arrangement
YOUR TASKS
Caring for and supporting our residents as well as ensuring the required care quality
Leading and coordinating the day team
Assisting in assessing care needs
Executing orders and monitoring effectiveness including documentation
Co-creating a meaningful daily routine for our residents
WHAT YOU BRING
Completed training as a Health Specialist
Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
Responsible, respectful handling of very elderly people
Ability for transparent, honest, and factual communication and cooperation
Appreciative attitude
You are committed, motivated, and enjoy working in a team
