To complement our HR team at the international headquarters in Herisau, we are looking for a dynamic and committed personality as

HR Manager 80% to 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Full responsibility for the recruitment process
• Competent advice and close support of managers in the selection process
• Professional applicant management as well as active maintenance and further development of our talent pool
• Participation in job fairs
• Overall responsibility and independent handling of personnel administration from entry to exit
• Responsible maintenance and further development of HR systems
• Ensuring efficient HR processes and ongoing optimizations
• Planning and organizing internal events
• Support in employer branding and HR marketing measures

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with solid HR further education or federal HR specialist certificate
• Several years of experience in HR, especially in professional recruitment
• Creativity and enjoyment of organizational tasks
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality
• Winning and team-oriented personality with high social competence
• Confident German as well as very good English skills (business fluent)
