Your Challenge
- Administrative processing as well as monitoring of various processes (family allowances, EO, MSE/EAE, AHV, ALV, IV, accident, illness)
- Support in the payroll processing with potential to take over your own support area and payroll responsibility
- Advice and support for employees on questions regarding time recording and payroll-related topics
- Support with year-end processing including reconciliation activities
- Assistance with projects and process optimizations as well as monthly time management closing
Your Profile
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in payroll processing or payroll administration
- Knowledge of Abacus and UKA Solutions, as well as a high IT affinity, are a great plus
- Committed, thoughtful, resilient, and team-oriented personality
- Accuracy, discretion, and punctuality are just as important as independent work and structured approach
- French language skills are an advantage
