Maintenance Technician M-F-X

Your mission within our Manufacture

– Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment

(CNC machines, assembly lines, automated systems, etc.).

– Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or computer failures.

– Participate in commissioning, adjustments, and improvements of machines and installations.

– Monitor and update technical documentation, maintenance plans

and intervention reports.

– Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment efficiency.

– Propose technical improvements and participate in investment projects.

– Maintain and develop the CMMS to digitize the maintenance

of the manufacture.

– Monitor key maintenance performance indicators and manage projects

to optimize the efficiency of our level 1, 2, and 3 maintenance.

– Be the privileged liaison between machine suppliers and production equipment users.

Your profile and skills

– CFC / Bac Pro / BTS or equivalent training in industrial maintenance, microtechnology,

automation, electromechanics, or a similar field.

– Experience in the watchmaking industry or in a high-precision environment.

– Skills in mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and automation.

– Mastery of diagnostic tools and reading of technical diagrams/plans.

– Rigor, autonomy, service orientation, and very good analytical skills.

– Team spirit and clear communication with different departments.
