Due to many new and exciting tasks as well as the expansion of our SAP projects, we are entering the next phase of digitalization and expanding our team by two positions. HR management is realigning its HR services and developing them in a targeted manner. Process optimization, organizational development, and consulting are being advanced with a clear focus on a modern, future-oriented working world.
Your tasks
- You advise and support managers as well as employees in your area of responsibility throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from entry to exit.
- You are responsible for recruiting civilian employees and management positions and support the recruitment of various police training courses.
- In complex HR cases, you take over the management and involve the legal service, psychological service, or other specialist departments if necessary.
- You conduct demanding conversations, support the line in challenging situations, and accompany change management processes.
- In addition, you moderate workshops, give lectures and training in leadership courses, actively shape HR processes, and participate actively in HR projects and cross-departmental working groups.
Your profile
- Tertiary education in business administration, ideally with a focus on HR management (e.g., HR specialist with a federal certificate) or an equivalent further education. Several years of professional experience in HR consulting
- Experience in accompanying transformation processes
- Very good planning and organizational skills, high service mentality
- Solid IT knowledge (Office suite, SAP/HCM advantageous)
- Confident German, very good oral and written French skills
