For the buyer consulting team of INIZIA Living AG in Zurich (8002), we are looking for a responsible and motivated personality to start immediately or by arrangement.

• You accompany the buyers (of condominium ownership in new buildings) on their way to their new home, from the initial meeting to the handover of the apartment
• You advise and support the buyers in decisions regarding interior fittings as well as floor plan adjustments
• You are responsible for obtaining buyer decisions and their coordination
• You are responsible for calculating additional costs of buyer requests as well as the corresponding advance and final invoices
• You lead and participate in meetings with buyers, architects, planners, construction managers, and contractors
• You are the interface between buyers, exhibitors, as well as the planning and sales departments

• You have a commercial education (EFZ), a commercial school diploma, or a comparable qualification
• You bring professional experience in buyer consulting or the real estate industry
• You are a customer-oriented personality
• You work independently, precisely, and reliably
• You are an open-minded, trustworthy, and proactive personality
• You have strong organizational skills and bring a good dose of flexibility
• You have good knowledge of common MS Office programs
• You have confident German language skills in spoken and written form
