Job description:
You join a dynamic team of 5 Physiotherapists and 2 Masters in Adapted Physical Activity at the Rolle site. You work in a recently renovated 44-bed pulmonology department.
You are a key player in the multidisciplinary rehabilitation program recognized by the Swiss Society of Pneumology.
Position at 80%.
In your new role as a physiotherapist, you ensure:
- Personalized care: You assess, design, and conduct care programs adapted to patients suffering from acute and chronic respiratory conditions (COPD, fibrosis, asthma, OSAS, etc.)
- Animation and retraining: You lead group sessions (endurance, strengthening, breath control) and supervise activities such as outdoor walking
- Individual care: You provide personalized follow-up for each patient by conducting comprehensive assessments. You define specific therapeutic goals and adapt your sessions according to their clinical progress
- Technical expertise: You perform bronchial drainage, non-invasive ventilation (NIV), and oxygen therapy during exertion
- Therapeutic Education (ETP): You actively participate in teaching workshops to promote patient autonomy
Required profile:
Your success in your new role will be supported by your:
- Ability to work interdisciplinarily
- Specialization in respiratory physiotherapy: experience in this field would be an asset
- Knowledge of the use of non-invasive ventilation devices
- Sensitivity to an individualized approach to the patient
- Recognized ability to demonstrate empathy
Education level:
- Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy or an equivalent diploma recognized by the Red Cross (required)
- CAS in cardiorespiratory physiotherapy (an asset)
- Proficiency in standard computer tools (required)
