You organize the daily structure and are the contact person for parents and staff
You accompany the children during lunch as well as during playful, sporting, and creative activities
You act according to educational principles
You take on various tasks related to supervision
You actively contribute to the further development of the day school
Working hours: Tuesday and additionally on Monday and/or Thursday
You take over the daily management on Tuesday and the additionally chosen day
You have completed pedagogical training (FaBeK, teacher, social pedagogue)
You have experience in working with children as well as in leading a small team
You work responsibly, carefully, and efficiently
You are humorous, a team player, balanced, solution-oriented, flexible, and resilient
Open and clear communication is important to you
A respectful, collegial collaboration and a good working atmosphere
Compatibility of work and private life: annual working hours, part-time work, supervision days
