Support the department management in conceptual, organizational, and strategic tasks
Plan and lead projects in the road maintenance sector
Analyze processes, drive technical developments, pilot projects, and innovations, and professionally accompany tests and trials
Create evaluations, reports, statements, and applications, manage pending tasks, and handle inquiries
Support needs assessment in the area of vehicles and machinery and take over technical coordination with fleet management

Completed technical training, preferably in the main construction trade (e.g., road construction, traffic route construction)
Further education at the level of professional examination or higher technical school (Technician HF in construction planning/construction management/infrastructure construction)
Several years of professional experience in the construction or infrastructure sector, good knowledge in road maintenance, and preferably experience in project work or project management
Communication skills, very good written expression, and confident IT user skills (MS Office, GIS)
Networked thinking, structured working method, negotiation skills
