Head of CONTACT Addiction Treatment Bern and Langenthal, 80%
CONTACT Addiction Treatment in Bern, Langenthal, and Tavannes is a competence center for medical and psychosocial treatment of opioid and other substance-related dependencies. The service is primarily aimed at opioid-dependent people, usually over 18 years old, who wish to receive outpatient substitution treatment. The interdisciplinary team consists of staff from the following professional groups: psychiatry, psychology, nursing, social work, and administration.
- Personnel and content leadership of the two treatment centers in Bern and Langenthal
- Responsibility for the implementation, revision, and adaptation of the operational concepts on site
- Forward-looking financial and personnel planning including business management aspects
- Further development of the service
- Internal and external networking tasks, as well as public relations
- Quality assurance according to QuaTheDA guidelines
- Basic training in social or health care
- Established personality with several years of leadership experience
- Further training in leadership and management
- Interest in management tasks including business management content and planning, further training in business administration in healthcare is an advantage
- Motivation to initiate, accompany, and implement change processes
- Experience in addiction work is an advantage
- Innovative, loyal, independent
- Interesting, varied position in an uncommon specialist field
