YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The HR Project Manager drive and coordinates the entire organizational and technical implementation of the rexx HR software across all our subsidiaries in Europe, working together with local project managers, and assumes the role of superuser for the rexx system. This role combines project management expertise and technical knowledge of the rexx HRIS system with knowledge of HR processes to ensure the seamless setup and integration of the rexx system into our HR work and to increase the efficiency of the organization.
Group Project management for Rexx Implementation
Lead the group-wide implementation project to ensure a smooth and efficient integration into both existing and new HR processes, in close collaboration with local project managers across the national entities, and to ensure that all individual projects are delivered successfully in line with the overall project plan.
- Lead and coordinate the group-wide HR implementation project across all entities
- Aligning local project activities with the overall project roadmap and milestones
- Collaborate closely with local project managers to ensure consistent execution
- Integrate new solutions into existing and future HR processes
- Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across all sub-projects
- Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and stakeholder alignment
Rexx Super-User Role
- Assuming the governance role for rexx and ensuring access rights
- Managing the configuration of the Rexx system to ensure group-wide standards
- Internal support and troubleshooting in Rexx.
- Conducting internal training for HR staff and managers on Rexx.
- Ensuring data accuracy, security and compliance within Rexx.
- Support with HR documentation and process standardisation in rexx.
- Technical rexx HR support and consulting for internal teams.
- Coordination with internal and external IT teams for Rexx-related improvements.
Secondary tasks:
- Participation in various HR projects, particularly in the area of digital transformation.
- Increasing efficiency through improved use and linking of various internal systems with Rexx.
YOUR PROFILE
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- In-depth knowledge and experience in HR digitalization project management
- Extensive knowledge of the Europe-wide implementation of the HRIS rexx
- Experience as a rexx super user of rexx configuration and modules
- Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time within Europe to support local project rollouts and stakeholder engagement
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and digital transformations
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- Fluent English and German
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented and solution-oriented mindset
