Your Tasks
- Professional, individual care and support according to established care guidelines
- Respectful and loving accompaniment of residents, with their dignity and self-determination at the center
- Participation in reports, team meetings, and further training
- Ensuring complete, professional, and detailed
care documentation in Care Coach - Active involvement in the RAI assessment
- Taking over daily or shift responsibility
