- Support and management of the housekeeping guest hotline via our digital order system
- Coordination of room inventory and room status
- Coordination and monitoring of all housekeeping maintenance matters
- Assistance with uniform management and lingerie cost control
- Support in administrative quality management
- Duty scheduling
