About the job
As an ICT specialist, you are an expert in the world of IT. You install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, as well as operating systems and software. In addition to setting up new workstations and supporting your colleagues in handling ICT tools, you participate in IT projects and ensure that everything in the company functions reliably and securely. You are also responsible for the installation, integration, and maintenance of security solutions such as firewalls, access controls, and backup systems.
School and inter-company courses
You attend vocational school 1 to 2 days per week. The inter-company courses (üK) serve to practically learn, deepen, and practice the professional basics; you attend these for 24 days during your training.

- Completed secondary school of the middle or upper level (9th grade)
- Good performance in the subjects of mathematics, English, and German
- Great interest in IT, computers, and technology
