Insurance Clerk (m/f/d) 60 - 100%

• In this varied role, you support the team in managing fenaco and its subsidiaries in various insurance matters (non-life sector)
• You handle claims and perform all related tasks such as registering the various dossiers, appointing experts, and forwarding to the insurer
• You assist the team in managing the insured vehicles and also prepare insurance certificates
• You carry out various general administrative tasks
• You maintain contact with various internal and external stakeholders

• You have a commercial or equivalent basic education and further training in the insurance sector, preferably with experience in claims management
• You have solid user knowledge of MS Office applications and a good IT affinity. You are also interested in digital transformation
• Independent work, interconnected thinking, organizational skills, and a structured way of working are no problem for you
• You enjoy working in a team and are a down-to-earth, honest, and open personality
• You are a motivated and committed person with great joy in direct exchange with our customers
• You are used to communicating confidently in German (spoken and written) - French skills are an advantage

• Good location 2 minutes from the Winterthur-Ohringen motorway exit with free parking available
