Your tasks:
Clean infrastructure facilities, maintain them, and know their functionality
Monitor complex systems, recognize disturbances, and react correctly
Take on simple maintenance and repair tasks for sanitary, electrical, and
ventilation systems
Maintain indoor greenery and outdoor garden facilities
Clean and maintain paths, buildings, and facilities
The training is conducted in the field of house services

You are not bothered by dirt, just as little as sweating at work
Two healthy and usable hands as well as two enduring feet
No minimum height is required, as we use ladders
Ability to laugh as well as openness, honesty, punctuality, and reliability
You take stress in stride and remain calm when it gets hot

With us, you only need to master German in spoken and written form; Chinese is overrated
