Company Description
The Official Youth Foundation (FOJ) aims to promote the psycho-social development of children, adolescents, and young people in difficulty, in collaboration with parents and partner institutions. Bound by a service contract with the State of Geneva, the FOJ is committed to the protection and defense of the interests of the child.
To fulfill its mission, the institution manages 47 structures spread across the Canton of Geneva, has more than 500 places for minors and young adults, and also offers educational outpatient services at home. The FOJ is composed of 670 employees.
To carry out its mission, the FOJ is looking for a night watcher for our Catherine Residence, which accommodates young adults aged 18 to 25.
Job Description
- Ensure tranquility and security from 6:00 p.m. to midnight, housing more than fifty young adults (apprentices, non-university students, and young people in low-income employment)
- Be available to residents for academic support
- Provide support and advice to residents for administrative or daily life matters
- Guide residents to "youth" living and cultural places in Geneva
Activity rate: hourly contract with on average one watch per week, from 6:00 p.m. to midnight
Hourly rate: CHF 24.48 + 10.64% vacation pay
Start date: as soon as possible

Qualifications
Be a university student.
Motivated and interested in supporting young adults in training.
Kindness, excellent listening and observation skills.
Punctual and organized.
