- You support us in rebuilding our open geriatric psychiatric acute ward and can specifically contribute your expertise and experience
- You help implement our new ward concept and continuously develop it with us
- Together with your interprofessional treatment team, you contribute to stabilizing the patients and thus to a better quality of life
- You support our trainers in the education of apprentices and can pass on your experience to the next generation
- You are a certified nurse HF/FH (or have a diploma recognized in Switzerland)
- You have experience in psychiatry or experience in somatics with an interest in psychiatry
- Ideally, you bring professional experience in caring for elderly people
- You are enthusiastic about interprofessional collaboration and complex psychiatric issues
- You enjoy working with people in acute crisis situations
