As a Dispatcher: Energy Systems at Avesco AG in Langenthal, you ensure that hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and data centers are never left in the dark, even in emergencies. You coordinate deployments during malfunctions, plan maintenance, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Your tasks
- Contact person for our clients – you support both internal and external customers regarding our emergency power solutions and diesel engine applications and answer all questions about dispatching.
- Coordination at the center – you triage incoming customer inquiries, prioritize orders, and ensure everything finds its way smoothly.
- Planning with foresight – from deployment planning to material provision: you ensure that our service technicians across Switzerland can start well prepared.
- Support during deployment – you assist our technicians during maintenance, malfunction deployments, conversions, and installations, always keeping an overview.
- Administrative responsibility – from preparing offers to reviewing and processing reports to invoicing, you have everything under control.
- Showing readiness when it counts – as a deployment leader, you take on on-call duties and ensure that everything is organized even in exceptional situations.
Your profile
- Completed technical or commercial basic training, ideally with further education, e.g., as a technical clerk (TK).
- Experience in dispatching service technicians in technical customer service is a plus but not a requirement – your organizational talent is what matters.
- Initiative, structure, and service orientation – you keep an overview even at high speed and always find a solution.
- Resilience and enjoyment of variety – you enjoy contact with different departments and appreciate the diversity of your tasks.
- Fluent German and good communication skills in French to professionally support customers and the team.
