Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for a:
Medical Secretary (M/F) 80-100% fixed-term contract
Mission planned as soon as possible until June 30, 2026, to strengthen our service.

YOU HAVE
- Training as a medical secretary, CFC commercial employee or equivalent qualification.
- At least two years of confirmed experience in a medical secretariat in Switzerland; experience in an orthopedics department is an asset.
- Recognized skills in using computer tools, as well as excellent spelling and mastery of medical terminology.
- Flexibility and versatility to effectively support doctors in all medical secretariat tasks.
- A strong team spirit, autonomy, and the desire to evolve in an environment promoting collegiality.
- Rigor, attention to detail, and excellent priority management, allowing you to calmly handle a busy work pace and evolving situations.
- Good interpersonal skills enabling harmonious collaboration with various medical and care professionals.

- Good stress resistance, allowing you to remain effective and organized even during busy periods.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure a warm and professional welcome for patients in the orthopedics department, as well as their orientation within the facility.
- Proactively and rigorously manage daily administrative tasks, such as handling calls, emails, agendas, and schedules.
- Actively participate in team dynamics and collaborate closely with the various department stakeholders.
- Be responsible for the preparation, follow-up, and archiving of physical medical records, respecting deadlines and procedures in force.
- Write, proofread, and transmit medical reports and examination results to internal and external doctors accurately and within deadlines.
