About the job
The St. Urban retirement home in Winterthur-Seen is a significant employer in the region. In a family atmosphere, we care for our residents in the areas of elderly and nursing groups as well as in two external living groups for people with dementia – in our Freitag center with the houses Annemarie and Margrit. The focus for us is on the people, their life stories, their needs and values, which guide our actions and our high quality awareness.
To complement our dedicated nursing team in the main building, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for two committed and empathetic personalities as SRK nursing assistants or health and social care assistants 40 - 50%
Working hours 07:00 – 13:00 or 16:00 – 21:00
Your area of responsibility:
- Ensuring basic care
- Accompanying and supporting the residents in everyday life
- Participation in primary nursing
- Attendance at reports and team meetings
You bring with you:
- Training as a health and social care assistant or SRK nursing assistant certificate
- Many years of experience as AGS or SRK nursing assistant
- Very good German skills (at least level B2) spoken (dialect) and written
- You are characterized by empathy and social competence
- Interest and experience in dealing with elderly people
- Independent, reliable and professional way of working
- High sense of responsibility and flexibility
