Head Pastry Chef (m/f/d), Summer Season, June - September 2026
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional service and embody our values: authenticity, precision, and attention to detail
- Contribute to a passionate and dedicated team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests
- Responsible for smooth operations in your area of expertise and adherence to the highest quality standards
- Responsible for the workflow at the pastry station
- Guide, train, and provide direct feedback to Demi Chef de Partie and Commis
- Control, storage, and quality assurance of products according to HACCP
- Actively participate in shaping and implementing the sustainability approach
- Report and document irregularities and improvements
Your Profile
- Passion for luxury hospitality and the ambition to deliver top performance in all areas
- Willingness to take responsibility and lead team members
- Completed apprenticeship as a cook EFZ or comparable three-year vocational training in gastronomy
- Experience as a Head Pastry Chef in upscale gastronomy
- Creativity, sense of responsibility, and joy in fresh products
- Ability to plan tasks in a structured way and work focused under pressure
- Very good English skills as the company language
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, demanding environment
