- Co-responsibility for production and organization in the kitchen
- Responsibility for the Gardemanger station
- Team leadership of your station
- Preparation and cooking as well as representative plating of appetizers, buffets, etc.
- Quality control of the products to be processed
- Careful and correct handling of the provided work equipment and products
- Control and compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations
- Keeping the workplace clean
- Ensuring smooth kitchen and service operations
