We are looking for a
Career and Vocational Counselor with Leadership Function (m/f/d)
Starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Workload: 80%

- combine counseling activities with leadership responsibility and coordinate the personnel, professional, and organizational processes at the location.
- advise young people and adults.
- lead and support your team in daily work and promote constructive collaboration.

- actively contribute your knowledge to cantonal committees and expert groups.
