Team Manager / Assistant Boutique Manager 100% (m/f/d)
within our Boutique in Crans Montana
Your responsibilities
- As Assistant Boutique Manager, support the technical management of the Boutique.
- Contribute to the development of appropriate measures to increase turnover in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
- Ensure optimal merchandise management, analyze evaluations/statistics and identify trends, monitor assortments, etc.
- Maintain and expand the clientele as well as collect and analyze information to identify trends in different customer segments.
- Ensure a premium level of service.
- Initiate and organize customer events (external and internal) in collaboration with the Boutique Manager, marketing/event managers at headquarters and locally.
- Support exemplary care of VIPs.
- Ensure the active implementation of the "Bucherer Way" or brand-specific guidelines. Respect and implement the current general instructions and company directives (AML, data protection, safety instructions, etc.) as well as brand directives.
Your skills
- Training in retail, hospitality, or a similar specialty.
- Several years of experience in the luxury segment of retail/hospitality and in personnel management.
- In-depth professional knowledge in the field of watchmaking and/or jewelry.
- Taking responsibility for oneself and the team.
- Attention to detail and professional rigor.
- Open personality oriented towards customers and the team with a strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to communicate appropriately with recipients.
- Perfect presentation and friendly attitude.
- High degree of empathy and proven intercultural skills in relations with teams as well as local and international clientele.
- Native French speaker, excellent command of English; Italian and German are assets.
- Ease with IT systems and social networks.
- Sense of responsibility, good team spirit, and flexibility.
