This is what you move with us
- Independent handling of personnel administration for the assigned areas (entries, changes, exits).
- Preparation of employment contracts, contract changes, and work certificates.
- Contact person for supervisors and employees regarding personnel administration.
- Responsibility for the administrative preparation of the monthly welcome event for new employees. Optionally also the possibility to moderate the welcome event.
- Participation in the further development of processes in the HR Services team.
You inspire us…
- With your commercial basic education (EFZ) and your successfully completed HR training (HR assistant with HRSE certificate or HR specialist certificate).
- Because you bring several years of professional experience in personnel administration.
- With your independent, precise, and structured way of working combined with a sense of responsibility and service orientation.
- Because you have very good MS Office skills and possibly already have SAP knowledge.
- Through your cheerful, team-oriented, and responsible nature.
