During your training you will learn...
- To care for and support people in the OR, outpatient clinic, emergency room, and recovery room.
- To be an important part of the treatment team from the start and actively contribute to patient care.
- To learn the theoretical basics in 2100 hours that provide you with the necessary knowledge for your practical work.
- To develop practical skills in 2500 hours of training to become confident and competent in dealing with patients.
- To get to know the various processes and challenges in healthcare and to expand your skills in a dynamic environment
What do you bring?
- At least a school leaving certificate after 10 years (e.g. a secondary school certificate) or a secondary general school certificate with at least two years of vocational training or a completed training as a nursing assistant (m/f/d) or the (technical) university entrance qualification
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least B2 level)
- Health suitability for the profession
- Enjoyment in dealing with people, communication skills, and empathy
- Team player with enthusiasm for shaping the training
