Tasks
- Provide shuttle service for guests to and from ski slopes.
- Assist guests at the train station, including luggage support.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of our shuttle bus and vehicles.

You have initial experience in the hotel industry. You are flexible and resilient, and you have a pleasant demeanor. Friendliness, cheerfulness, and warmth are a matter of course for you. In hectic times, you keep an overview and a smile. The satisfaction of our international guests is a motivation for you. You speak and understand German very well.
You relieve our ski bus chauffeur and are responsible for:
• Shuttle service for our guests to the ski slopes and back
• Picking up our guests at Arosa train station including assistance with luggage
• Safe and friendly transfers within Arosa
• Responsibility for our hotel parking and underground garage (coordination, control, order)
• Cleaning and maintenance of the ski bus as well as the vehicles in use
• Assistance with snow removal around the hotel during heavy snowfall
• Supporting the team as needed
We expect from you:
- initial experience in the hotel industry
- a cheerful nature, a smile is normal for you
- a natural and well-groomed appearance
- healthy flexibility as well as a good stress tolerance
- attentiveness and understanding in hectic situations
- good knowledge of German and knowledge of the English language
