Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
Your varied main responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for all marketing activities of the company and achieving the defined goals
- Co-responsibility for the development, planning, and implementation of the marketing strategy
- Independent management of marketing projects and campaigns
- Leading the marketing team and coordinating external agencies
- Control and monitoring of the defined marketing goals
- Knowledge and evaluation of key figures
- Adjustment of marketing strategies to changes
- Coordination, preparation, and successful marketing of target group-specific content
- Close collaboration and coordination with the Director of Marketing
- Close cooperation and agreements with service providers as well as operational and administrative departments
- Continuous development of existing processes and tools
You have completed vocational training or studies in marketing, business administration, communication sciences, or a comparable advertising-related education. Ideally, you come from the hotel, gastronomy, or tourism sector and have at least 5 years of professional experience in marketing on the company or agency side and solid leadership experience.
Solid knowledge in online marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, CRM, e-commerce, and project management distinguishes you, and experience in managing agencies rounds off your profile. You possess a high degree of initiative, a structured, proactive working style, as well as pronounced communication and teamwork skills. Networked thinking, analytical skills, and a maximum of creativity are a matter of course for you.
