Skills
- Several years of experience in reception or similar service roles.
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

About the job
In this diverse job
- you are the first point of contact at reception, take care of visitors and operate the telephone switchboard
- you manage guest badges, visitor parking spaces as well as ParkingPay and the ParkingPortal
- you handle subscriber requests at the counter and support the setup of the e-paper
- you organize forwarding, carry out daily newspaper filing and create page statistics
- you receive packages, register them and distribute them internally
- you are deployable on flexible days during the reception opening hours (Mon–Thu 07:45–12:00 & 13:00–17:00, Friday 07:45–12:00 & 13:00–16:00)
You will succeed here if
- you already have several years of experience at reception or in a comparable service function
- you convince with a friendly, well-groomed appearance and pronounced customer orientation
- you have very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
- you work confidently with Microsoft Office and have a high IT affinity
- you work flexibly, resiliently and with joy in a team
- you act independently, responsibly and with a clear "hands-on" mentality
