In this exciting position as an application supporter for „Training and Collaboration Applications“, you will ensure the successful support of the training and collaboration applications in Sursee or Winterthur.

Additionally, as a competent contact person, you support all stakeholders in all upcoming conceptual questions/projects and thus gain insight behind the scenes of the entire company.

• 2nd level support as well as content management of various customer-specific training and collaboration applications
• Competent contact person for customers, helpdesk, and development
• Organize and conduct training sessions as well as create documentation
• Work location in Sursee or Winterthur

• Commercial or business administration basic training
• Relevant further education in IT or similar training
• Knowledge in one or more of the following training and collaboration applications: SAP Enable Now, LMS easylearn, MS Teams and SharePoint or comparable applications
• Very good MS Office skills
• Experience in dealing with customer requirements and projects is desirable
• Customer-oriented and has a strong service mindset
• Flexible, resilient personality with good communication skills
• Fluent German language skills; good English and French skills are an advantage
