Your tasks
- Independent planning, organization, and further development of training and e-learning offerings
- Design, introduction, and support of personnel development strategies and instruments (e.g., target agreement processes, employee interviews, succession planning)
- Co-design and support of onboarding and offboarding processes, trainee programs, as well as leadership development programs
- Promotion of a modern learning culture and active knowledge management (e.g., building learning platforms, internal knowledge networks, communities of practice)
- Support in location marketing as well as in internal and external events and sponsorship activities
- Monitoring, analysis, and optimization of personnel development relevant processes
- Further development and digitization of PD instruments and learning formats (e.g., learning management systems, digital tools for feedback and collaboration)
Your profile
- Completed higher education or relevant studies
- Solid knowledge in personnel development
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Very good IT user skills (LMS, SAP, AI tools desirable)
- Coaching or trainer qualification is an advantage
- Good English skills for communication with group companies

Minimum wage
The minimum salary for this position is €3,728.36 gross excluding allowances. Overpayment and the actual salary will be agreed upon in a personal interview.
