The Villa Blankenstein is a day structure without pay for people with mental disabilities, where they can develop their skills and actively participate in everyday life in a protected environment. As of 01.02.2026 we are looking for a
Your tasks
- You ensure a meaningful, creative, and continuously adapted employment offer without performance pressure
- Together with the team colleagues, you are responsible for professional care and support of the clients
- You ensure interdisciplinary collaboration, conduct discussion rounds if needed, and maintain contact with internal and external offices
- You gladly and skillfully take on administrative tasks such as journal and protocol management
What you bring
- Psychiatric specialist or social specialist with psychiatric experience
- You bring experience in crisis intervention and act confidently even in acute phases
- Joy, creativity, and manual skills to contribute and further develop the Villa Blankenstein offer together with the team
- Patience, an open nature, and a fine sensitivity for people
- Willingness for occasional evening shifts on Wednesday or Friday evenings
